Adam Medick
Recently, Adam Medick, along with six other scouts from Troop 89, received his Eagle Scout, the highest ranking in Scouting. Boy Scout Troop 89 is in the North Polk School District and the Polk City United Methodist Church is the charting organization for the troop.

During the Eagle Court of Honor former troop Scoutmaster Kevin Dunn of Wisconsin presented the Eagle Charge and current Scoutmaster Scott Obernolte presented each scout for the award and shared each scout's strengths.

Each Eagle Scout has received a number of recognition items from congressional leaders and representatives, along with a U.S. flag that was flown over the United States Capital in their name.

Only four percent of scouts earn the Eagle Scout Honor. Adam Medick is the son of Duane and Nancy Medick of Elkhart and the grandson of Delbert Medick of Larrabee and Nellie Nelson of Cherokee.

Congrats to Adam! He is in good company as an Eagle Scout.
