Dedication Friday for Cherokee Rail Spur

The public is invited to attend the dedication ceremony for the Cherokee Industrial Corporation Rail Spur Trans Load Facility today, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Load Facility is located at 202 Washburn St. on South Highway 59 between American Natural Soy, Cloverleaf Storage and the old Advance Foods Building.

The Cherokee Industrial Corporation, in conjunction with Quad-County Ethanol of Galva, worked in collaboration to complete this $1 million project.

The Cherokee County Pork Producers will be grilling and serving a meal furnish by the Cherokee Industrial Corporation. There will be a brief dedication ceremony that will include many area and state dignitaries.

The Cherokee Industrial Corporation dose hope you will be able to attend this important event.
