There was memorial service on Sunday, June 10, at 1:30 p.m. at the Twigg Funeral Home in Guthrie Center. A fellowship followed at the United Methodist Church in Guthrie Center. Memorials can be made to Iowa Hospice.

Earl was born in Cherokee, on Dec. 18, 1930 to Theodore and Elsie Webb. Earl served in the U.S. Navy as a Radioman 1st class after High School graduation. In 1953, he was joined in marriage to Connie (Lighter) Webb. During this time, he worked in Pierson, as the foreman of a 100,000 turkey farm. He then moved to Jefferson, where he started his career in construction with Shriver Construction.
He wanted to put his love for God and his talent in construction together, so he took the job as caretaker of Guthrie Grove Campground in Guthrie Center. In 1972, he moved his family into the town of Guthrie Center and started his Webb Construction Business. Earl was an active member of the RLDS Church and the Pastor of the Jefferson congregation for many years.
Earl was preceded in death by his Great-grandchild, Gavyn Webb (twin to Emma; his brothers, Gilbert Webb and Willard Webb; and his mother Elsie Webb and father Theodore Webb.
Earl loved and was loved by many ~ his wife, Connie Webb of Guthrie Center. Children, Ted (Jolene) Webb of Woodbine; Dan (Vicky) Webb of Petersburg, Virginia; Kim (Ed) Langgaard of Guthrie Center, Iowa; Jennie (Mike) Artist of Glenwood; Robin Webb of Guthrie Center; Scott (Linda) Webb of Guthrie Center. Grandchildren, Lance ( Nancy) Webb, Eric (Jen) Webb, Tyler Webb -- Children of Ted; David (Tonya) Hunt, Daniel (Jennifer) Hunt -- Children of Dan; Katy (Jason) Victora, Kris (Sarah) Langgaard, Neil Langgaard -- Children of Kim; Ben Artist, Kirk (Ashley) Artist, Mitch Artist -- Children of Jennie; Nate (Jana) Webb and Jordan Webb- Children of Robin. Great-Grandchildren, Bradyn Webb, Emma Webb, Parker Webb -- Children of Lance; Blake Webb -- Child of Eric; Ashlynn Hunt -- Child of David; Nora Langgaard, Aaron Langgaard -- Children of Kris; Aiden Artist -- Child of Ben and Jayvyn Webb -- Child of Nate.
