Alta-Aurelia had their bats working Thursday night when they played a road game at South Central Calhoun, scoring a 22-5, five-inning victory in the Twin Lakes Conference match-up.
The Warriors slugged a pair of homers - one by Neil Marshall and the other by sophomore Cody Cameron - as they scored 22 runs on 14 hits. Marshall also stroked a double, scored four runs, drove in five and stole three bases.
Freshman Ross Friderich had himself quite a game. He threw a complete game on the mound, giving up five earned runs on six hits, while walking four and striking out seven, and at the plate Friedrich had three hits, scored three times and drove in four runs.
The win improved Alta-Aurelia's season record to 18-8.
