Museum to host Kennedy retrospective

Wednesday, October 10, 2012

The Cherokee Sanford Museum Association will present a program called "The Kennedy Assassination Almost Fifty Years Later: Why We Can't Know What We Don't Know" with Dave Curbow on Saturday starting at 7:30 p.m.

Curbow has been an English and History teacher at Alta High School for 28 years.

He has studied the assassination of President John F. Kennedy for 40 years. He has attended several conferences on the subject, met many of the authors, and even a few of the principals involved in the event.

Twice he has used the content to teach a class on critical thinking.

His talk will concern society, and who it believes was responsible for the assassination based on cultural milieu.

This program is free to the general public and refreshments will be served.

For more information please call the museum at 225-3922 or email at sanfordmuseum@iowatelecom.net.
