RV boys fall at Logan-Magnolia

On December 11, the River Valley boys lost a close away game against Logan-Magnolia. At halftime, the boys were down 47-41, and lost the game with a score 77-71. This was the fifth game of the season for the Wolverines.

Junior Brennan Riedemann and sophomore Wyatt Fitch were the two players that scored the most in the game. Riedemann had 21 points scored and Fitch had 20 points.

For the most rebounds made in the game the three players with the most are sophomore Wyatt Fitch, junior Nathan Utesch, and junior Mason Alitz. Fitch had a total of six rebounds with four offense and two defensive rebounds. Utesch had a total of five rebounds; one offensive and four defensive rebounds. Alitz also had a total of five rebounds with one offensive and four defensive rebounds.

Dean Norris, head boys' basketball coach, said after the game, "The boys played well with good teamwork. I would like to see them crash off the board better."
