The breakfast will be hosted in the Fellowship Hall of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 300 E. Bow Drive in Cherokee.
This is the first of a handful of fundraisers the troop is working on to help fund their next adventure, a trip to our nation's capitol in Washington, D.C., scheduled for 2014. The cost of the breakfast is a free- will donation, and the meal includes pancakes, sausage and juice or coffee.
Any boy at least 11 years of age or in 6th through 12th grade who is interested in joining Boy Scout Troop 107 can contact Nancy Nelson at 712-225-2650, or attend any of the weekly meetings.
Meetings are held each Sunday from 4-6 p.m. at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, unless a specific activity is scheduled away from the church. Upcoming events include a winter camp-out at the Little Sioux Scout Ranch near Little Sioux, an all ages Pinewood Derby, Scouting for Food ( a major food drive), and many other activities.
Organizers thank you for your continued support of Boy Scout Troop 107 of Cherokee.
