CCCB to host cabin open house
The Cherokee County Conservation Board recently finished building a larger cabin in the new addition of Martin's Access and they'd like everyone to come see it, so an Open
house has been scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 12.
Seated next to the three smaller cabins, this new, larger cabin is far from roughing it. This two-story building features three bedrooms, six queen-size beds, bathroom with a shower, full kitchen, kitchen island, heating/cooling, and a sitting area.
The full kitchen includes ample counter space, a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and dishwasher. It sleeps 12 people and seats 24. The front porch and side grilling area with a picnic table make great outdoor areas for friends and family to enjoy nature.
Host your next family reunion, birthday party, or holiday celebration at our new facility. This facility rents for $125/night, with a two-night minimum on weekends and holidays. A $100 refundable deposit is also required. Smoking and pets are prohibited in all rental facilities.
Martins Access is located 12 miles northeast of Cherokee off of C-16. For more information, contact the Cherokee County Conservation Board by calling 712-225-6709 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Visit them on Facebook.
