HOLSTEIN - The Ridge View boys basketball team improved its season record to a sparkling 7-0 with a convincing 62-20 victory over Westwood in Western Valley Conference action here Tuesday.

Ridge View coach Ken Slater stated,"We rebounded the ball well tonight, with Ryan Currie pulling down nine in three quarters of work. We executed the offense well tonight, and we pushed the ball up the floor when we had a chance, I'm really proud of how the guys have come out every night and played together hard from start to finish."

Buddy Lamp led a balanced scoring attack with 13 points, while Zach Tokheim had 11 and Noah Frahm 10.

When a 17-0 third quarter put the game away, Coach Slater said, "We were able to play more guys tonight in front of a home crowd and see what they could do."
