AMES, Iowa - Iowa State University Theatre’s production of the musical ‘Little Women’ opens March 31 and one of the cast members is native Cherokean Libby Peterson, who portrays Beth March.

Libby is a sophomore in Performing Arts, and she says she is very excited to be a part of the incredibly talented cast of ‘Little Women.’

Libby, who most recently played Lulu in ‘Cabaret,’ says she has found the role of Beth March to be so much fun, discovering her character’s optimism and hope. She’s also loved growing real “sisterly” relationships with her fellow actors.
