Quimby steak fete
On April 4, the members of the Quimby Fire Department and their auxiliary, the Spitfires were the hosts at their annual Spring Steak Fry. Rib-eye steaks, baked potatoes, lettuce salads, drinks and desserts marked the bill-of-fare for the event. An estimated 625 folks, including sisters Kennadie and Cassady Lytle, were served during the steak fete.
