Marcus, Iowa – Bernice Ruth Dixson, 95, of Marcus, Iowa, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023, at the Heartland Care Center in Marcus, Iowa. Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Grace Methodist Church in Marcus. Rev. Dr. Travis Stevick will officiate. Burial will follow at Marcus Amherst Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Grace Methodist Church. The family will be present from 5-7 p.m. with a prayer service scheduled at 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to the funeral service on Friday.
