Cherokee Area Farmers Market, Aug. 7, 2025

The Cherokee Area Farmers Market (CAFM) is located under the canopy at the Cherokee Depot, from 4-6 p.m. Vendors with items for sale at CAFM, Thursday, Aug. 7:

Certified vendors, name underlined, can accept coupons as payment for vegetables, fruit, honey.

  • Wayne Nafe will have for sale tomatoes, potatoes, onions, zucchini, cucumbers, acorn squash and possibly radishes.
  • Scott Koch and Deb Koch will have for sale potatoes, onions, tomatoes,  cucumbers, green beans, cabbage, peppers, egg plant, zucchini, yellow squash and popcorn.
  • Chelsea Stender will have for sale green beans, Chinese cabbage, carrots, garlic, red and white potatoes, beets, kohlrabi, lettuce and cucumbers.
  • Linda Livermore of Prairie Magic Greenhouse, will have for sale more HARDY hydrangea plants for the low price of $15 each, and also will have herbs, buy two get one free.
  • Julie Rudisill will have for sale keychain octs, chickens, watermelon, etc. small animals all knitted, jar openers, wash clothes crocheted and many others; and homemade banana nut bread and banana bread.
  • Ava Pruett will have for sale cookies, crystals, dream catcher kits, candles and crystal jewelry.
  • Barbara Elston will have for sale crocheted kitchen towels and crocheted potholders.
  • Amy Gilbert will have for sale scrunchies, dog collar scarves to put on a dog collar and also small pillows.
  • Carolyn Probasco will have for sale potholders, hot pads, cloth coasters and bowl holders.
  • Wanda Miller will have for sale earrings, bracelets, and necklaces.
  • Samantha Robinson will have for sale necklaces, earrings, magnets, diamond art bookmarks and more.
  • Vanessa Rohwer will have for sale her artwork, duck eggs, cucumbers, zucchini and maybe some Mockingbird Hill kettle corn.
