Stanley Kintigh (89) and Lorna Kintigh (nee Johnson) (90) of Minnetonka, Minn. Stanley was born Aug. 17, 1935, and Lorna was born Jan. 11, 1935. They passed away May 8, 2025, just hours apart.
Beloved mother and father, grandmother and grandfather, and great-grandmother and great-grandfather. Stanley was co-founder of Control Concepts Inc, a company he helped build with passion and dedication. Lorna managed the demands of raising four children before pursuing a career as a bookkeeper.
Stan and Lorna are survived by their children: Vicky (Les) Smith, Allan (Margaret), Carol (Rahn) Hagberg and daughter-in-law Marti Kintigh; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; friends, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by son Hal and great-granddaughter Kallie.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, June 27, at Washburn-McReavy Funeral Home in Hopkins, Minn. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28, at Faith Church, 12007 Excelsior Blvd., Minnetonka, MN 55343. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. with a service at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the cemetery adjoining the church followed by a light lunch.
